Scoliosis by Prof. Mehmet

This is early onset adolescent scoliosis. The menarch age is not given. But we must count on it will progress. Surgery should be considered. It is a flexible TL curve. No shoulder and pelvic imbalance.

The plan may be like this. Derotation and tran slation may be applied.

Prof. Mehmet Zileli

The shoulders are balanced so T4 will be enough. L4 for LEV. Ponte osteotomies for the apex.( 4 or 5 level will be enough)

Kindest regards.
